If my feet are cold does that mean I'm old? My blood isn't getting to my feet. My blood pressure is low. I've got blood clots and vericose veins running up and down my legs - well some. I remember seeing them on my Grandmother's legs. But I have them and I'm only 33. What does that mean? Perhaps it means that I need to get up out of this chair and move my legs more often.
I looked in the mirror this morning to see if I could see any gray hairs. I didn't see gray hairs but I did notice wrinkles forming around my lips. Does that mean I need to put additional facial lotions and creams on my face? I haven't noticed dark circles under my eyes, thank goodness.
Fiber has become a staple item in my home now. I need to eat a little of that each day to keep my tummy from acting up. That's probably another sign of old age. At least I don't wake up at 5 and have wheaties and then have another bowl just before bed as routinely as I think my Grandparents do.
My skin is getting a little flabby in some areas. Does that mean I'm old? Some areas seem harder to tighten and firm up than they used to be. It probably means I'm not as physical as I once was. When things start shaking that I've never seen shake before that is cause for alarm in my book.
Bedtime is closer to 9 than it is midnight. My bladder wakes me at least once in the middle of the night. I don't snore though. Even with fluffy socks on under the covers at night, my feet stay cold. I'm old.
